There are lots of people who are serving their life for others. The Household Staff includes man, woman and children. They do lots of work like child care, elder care, cooking, ironing, laundry and cleaning. Some works for fixed times while other used to stay with the employer and work for twenty four hours. Some poor people have to send their children for such works to earn money.
The staff should be selected properly. Some cases are often heard related to miss happenings occurred due to such staff. Last week, I read in newspaper that a household woman jump with baby from the house. The baby had died but the woman has saved. Before selection of household staff for your child or elder, check the background of the staff. The little bit knowledge is also necessary. Try to talk with them lovely. The anger frustrates them and they took such step. Always try to keep your secrets away from them.
For kitchen and child care, lady household is the best. She knows how to manage and clean the house and also how to take care of a child since she is also the mother of some child. As a driver, man is the best. For cleaning utensils you can select a child.
At last I want to say that take proper time and do best evaluation during selection of a domestic staff.
